Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of assignment, in good standing
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing facility operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, survey process, and quality systems
• Ability to step into dynamic environments and drive stability, accountability, and performance
• Effective communication and leadership skills across interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership of the facility, ensuring efficient and compliant operations
  
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met, including state and federal survey readiness
• Maintain a strong focus on resident-centered care and outcomes
• Lead and support the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program
• Oversee staffing strategy, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and team engagement
• Partner with the Director of Nursing and regional leadership to align clinical and operational priorities
• Drive accountability across department heads and support leadership development within the team
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and overall operational efficiency
• Support census development efforts through relationship-building with hospitals, physicians, and community partners
• Participate in community and industry engagement efforts to strengthen market presence
• Collaborate with regional and corporate resources to support operational execution and problem-solving
• Lead risk management efforts and ensure appropriate response to incidents and compliance-related matters
