International school drama teacher needed
location: Chengdu
Start: Aug 2026

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students from K1-K12
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students
- Maintain accurate student records and provide detailed feedback through formative and summative assessments.
- Actively participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the broader school community.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment that fosters student well-being.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues on educational initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a qualified teacher.
- Native-level fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- A current police clearance check not exceeding 6 months in age.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students through effective teaching practices.
- A commitment to pastoral care and strong interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Adaptability and teamwork skills suitable for a bilingual educational environment.
- Knowledge and experience with positive disciplinary methods are preferred.

Working Time：8：00-17：00, Mon-Fri
Salary：21-27k/month before tax,（With teacher certification)
Housing： Single: Up to RMB 3,000 Net, Couple: 4,500 Net;
Vacation：summer & winter holidays, full paid
Flight：Up to RMB 10,000 per contract period.
Inbound flight at the beginning of contract, Outbound flight at the end of final contract. Pre-approved amount
will be reimbursed Up to RMB 10,000 per flight. (Fapiao needs to be provided)
Insurance ：Plan 1-(Inpatient + Evacuation) cover provided for employee
Bonus：Contract Completion Gratuity - RMB10,000 per year (gross),
payment made upon the completion of the current contract, in the last month of work.
-Renewal Bonus – to be paid with the September salary
- After completion of the first two year contract RMB 10,000

- After completion of three years RMB 10,000 (gross)
- After completion of four or more years: RMB 15,000 (gross)
Other Benefits：Tuition fee is waived for up to 2 children
