Job Description

Overview: Supports the overall day-to-day administrative and clinical activities of a practice. Works with Director of Transplant and Heart Failure and Manager of Advanced Cardiovascular Services to help implement and oversee operational activities and programs to ensure the attainment of the business plans. Works collaboratively with practice physicians to ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of the clinic,including but not limited to the supervision and evaluation of the practice staff. Ensures that the office maintains an effective operating environment, assuring efficient and safe operations of all services in response to patient, physician and staff needs. Qualifications: Education

• Graduate from a nursing program Required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Work Experience

• 5 years of experience in a medical practice, hospital or other health care setting Required and
• 1 year working in a leadership capacity Required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Upon Hire Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
• ACLS Upon Hire Required
