We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced Korean–English business translators and interpreters with strong bilingual communication skills, professional judgment, and the ability to support real-time business conversations with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
This role supports an exciting collaboration focused on facilitating smooth communication across sales and business meetings through high-quality interpretation, written follow-up support, and context-aware bilingual communication in professional settings.
Selected professionals will provide simultaneous or consecutive interpretation during meetings, translate written follow-ups where needed, coordinate with stakeholders to understand meeting context and terminology, and help ensure clear and effective communication between Korean- and English-speaking participants. This opportunity is especially well-suited to detail-oriented language professionals who are comfortable working in corporate environments and can maintain professionalism under time-sensitive conditions.

Business Meeting Interpretation
Provide simultaneous or consecutive translation during virtual or in-person business meetings
Support clear communication across sales, partnership, and client-facing discussions
Help ensure that conversations remain accurate, smooth, and professionally delivered
Written Translation & Follow-Up Support
Translate written follow-ups such as chat messages, key points, or summary notes where needed
Help maintain consistency and clarity across spoken and written business communication
Support meeting outcomes through accurate bilingual documentation and follow-up language support
Context Preparation & Communication Quality
Coordinate with internal stakeholders before meetings to understand context, terminology, and objectives
Ensure professional tone and cultural sensitivity in all translations
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
Proven experience as an interpreter or translator in corporate, sales, or client-facing environments
Native-level fluency in Korean and English, both spoken and written
Strong understanding of business terminology, particularly in sales, partnerships, or technology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to think quickly and convey ideas accurately under time constraints
Preferred qualifications
Prior experience translating for startups, technology companies, or multinational organizations
Background in sales enablement, client success, or business development contexts
Familiarity with meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
Strong consistency, professionalism, and cultural awareness across bilingual business communication
