A day in the life on our high‑bay team

Step into a bright, spotless GMP warehouse in DeKalb, IL, held at a comfortable 65°F year‑round and supported by an on‑site cafeteria. As a High‑Reach Lift Truck Specialist, you safely move inventory into and out of racking, load/unload trailers, and shuttle product through the facility using powered industrial trucks: turret, stand‑up reach, stand‑up, and sit‑down forklifts.

What youll handle

• Accurately put away, replenish, and pick product in high-bay storage
• Load and unload trailers with precision and care
• Operate turret, stand-up reach, stand-up, and sit-down lift trucks
• Follow documented processes in a GMP environment to ensure quality and safety

Training & start

• Mandatory two-day orientation and safety training every Monday and Tuesday (required for all shifts)
• Steel-toe work boots required for orientation and for all work shifts

Shift options & pay

• A Shift : SundayTuesday 5:15 am:45 pm; Wednesday 5:15 am1:15 am $20.30/hr
• B Shift : Wednesday 11:15 am:45 pm; ThursdaySaturday 5:15 am:45 pm $20.30/hr
• D Shift : SundayTuesday 5:15 pm:45 am; Wednesday 5:15 pm1:15 pm $20.30/hr + $2.00
• E Shift : Wednesday 11:15 pm:45 am; ThursdaySaturday 5:15 pm:45 am $20.30/hr + $2.50

12-hour shifts with overtime available. Four shifts available.

• Verifiable experience operating high-reach lift trucks (required)
• Reliable transportation and punctual, dependable attendance

• Works well independently with minimal direction
• Process-driven, especially suited to GMP standards
